For any delivery outside Mainland France, the customer is responsible for paying import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and any other local taxes. For D.O.M./T.O.M. destinations, delivery fees are increased according to the carrier’s rates.

Shipping fees include preparation, packaging, and transport. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees depend on the weight of the parcel. Separate orders cannot be combined. Parcels are shipped at the customer’s own risk, with special care given to fragile items and proper protection.

Timber Bear Delivery Options

The delivery of Timber Bear orders is carried out via Chronopost, Colissimo, GLS or other courier services, depending on the parcel size, with the option of pickup point delivery for added flexibility.

Delivery fees are paid by the customer and vary depending on the carrier, the parcel weight, and the selected option: Standard Delivery D+3 or Next-Day Delivery before 1 p.m.

To benefit from Next-Day Delivery before 1 p.m., the order must be placed the day before before 12:00 p.m. Any order placed after this deadline will be delivered the following day. This service is not available on weekends or public holidays: no next-day delivery can be selected from Thursday 12:00 p.m. to Sunday 11:59 p.m.

In Mainland France, the average delivery time is 3 to 6 business days, depending on the destination. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. These timeframes may vary depending on the selected option (Standard D+3, Next-Day before 1 p.m., etc.) and are provided for information only, with no possibility of claims or compensation from Timber Bear.

The delivery times indicated in the order confirmation email begin once it has been received, except for orders paid by cheque or bank transfer, which are shipped only after the payment has been cleared.

Timber Bear orders are shipped via Chronopost, Colissimo, GLS or to a pickup point, with fees depending on the carrier, parcel weight, and the selected option (Standard D+3 or Next-Day before 1 p.m.). Average delivery times within Mainland France are 3 to 6 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, and begin once the order confirmation is received.

Bulky parcels are delivered to the doorstep, and the customer must provide a phone number. In case of absence, a delivery notice allows rescheduling. For deliveries outside Mainland France and to D.O.M./T.O.M., the customer is responsible for taxes and additional fees. Parcels are carefully prepared and shipped at the customer’s own risk, especially for fragile items.

By signing the delivery slip, the customer accepts the products as received. It is their responsibility to inspect the parcel upon arrival, note any reservations on the delivery slip in the presence of the carrier, and forward them to Timber Bear within 2 business days from the day after delivery; otherwise, any right to claim is forfeited.

Delivery corresponds to the first presentation of the parcel at the address provided when placing the order. The Timber Bear logistics team will process any claim as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
